Gourmét cooking over open fire, Stockholm
In this workshop you will learn gourmet cooking outdoors over an open fire. Together we prepare a luxurious three-course menu with elements of wild plants. The workshop focuses different cooking techniques and how to master the fire as a heat source. As an intro, you will learn how to handle a knife and a ferro rod in a safe and efficient way, as well as what you should keep in mind when cooking over an open fire. We place high demands on produce and have high ambitions for the food we cook together in our cooking courses. We know that food tastes best in nature, but we know that together we can make it taste even better.
